Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At LilyMac Spa & Boutique, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times are limited and your service requires dedicated time and preparation, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment (“no-shows”) will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

A valid credit card may be required to reserve an appointment. By scheduling an appointment with LilyMac Spa & Boutique, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy.

Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur. Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of LilyMac Spa & Boutique.
